Maureen is a phenomenon! She fully engaged a large group of nursing faculty (> 200) and facilitated a meaningful conversation about creating a healthy working climate. Important work took place at this session. People felt energized (re-energized) and voiced their commitment to the cause as a consequence of the workshop, i.e., a commitment to excellence in nursing education.

Two Day Meeting on Research Ethics on Human Subjects in a Pandemic
“The meeting was a success and we appreciate your efforts enormously. The fundamentally optimistic and productive perspective of the appreciative inquiry technique lent itself to this sort of potentially divisive heterogeneous grouping with some old grudges and bad experiences. There appeared to be genuine appreciation of the other side consistently and some movement of opinion.”
